Occupancy Agreement

Guests are subject to the terms and conditions as well as the Occupancy Agreement.

PLEASE NOTE:

Occupancy is limited in the Single Rooms to one adult and in the Private Apartments and Guest Suites to two adults.

The University of Pennsylvania does not permit smoking of any kind inside its residences or within 20 feet of their doors or windows.
